Only what keeps PDC working

PDC currently uses necessary first-party cookies for sign-in, session protection, form security and language choice. There are no advertising pixels or optional marketing trackers in the approved pilot posture.

Necessary cookies and storage

personal-data-capsule-session: Maintains your authenticated and security-protected session. Session lifetime: 120 minutes.
XSRF-TOKEN: Protects forms and state-changing requests from cross-site request forgery.
Language preference: Keeps the interface in the language you selected.
Local sealed keys: Where used, owner-held sealed-upload keys stay in browser storage and are not sent to PDC as cookie data.

No optional tracking in the pilot

Optional analytics, advertising, cross-site profiling or marketing cookies must remain disabled unless PDC first adds a separate consent mechanism and updates this notice.

Your browser controls

You can clear or block browser storage, but blocking necessary session or security storage may prevent sign-in, uploads, consent forms or sealed-key recovery from working.
