PDC Phase 1 lets you create an account, choose collection categories, add data through guided exports or configured connectors, complete capture modules, generate Capsule exports, manage consents, and submit privacy requests.

These terms are a product-ready draft and must be completed with the final legal entity, governing law, support contact, and formal legal review before public production launch.
No third-party use in Phase 1
Phase 1 does not include partner access, marketplace licensing, payouts, or operational AI or commercial use of Capsule content. Future proposals require a separate purpose request and your specific consent.
Your responsibilities
Use official provider export and authorization flows, do not upload data you are not allowed to handle, and review high third-party-risk categories carefully. Some exports may contain data about other people.
Provider limits
Provider APIs, export tools, scopes, review rules, and terms can change. PDC may disable or defer connectors when provider review, credentials, or legal requirements are incomplete.
